Bingesport Service Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Bingesport! By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Use of the Services

  • The Services are intended for reasonable, non-commercial use only.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your device is compatible with the Services before subscribing. Binge Sports is not liable for any subscription fees if your device is incompatible.
  • You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of the Services.
  • You agree not to use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

User Content

  • You may submit content (such as comments or questions) to the Services (“User Content”).
  • You retain all ownership rights to your User Content.
  • By submitting User Content, you grant Binge Sports a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your User Content in connection with the Services.
  • You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of its submission.

 

Activating Bingesport

  • You can activate Bingesport by:
    • Sending the SMS keyword SUB BSD (Daily), SUB BSW (Weekly) or SUB BSM (Monthly) to the shortcode 1042.
    • Visiting the URL: gh.bingesports.me

Deactivating Bingesport

  • Deactivate by:
    • Sending the SMS keyword STOP BG to 1042.
    • Dialing *463#.

Subscription Fees

  • Upon activating Bingesport, you agree to pay a subscription fee of GHS 1 (Daily), GHS 4 (Weekly) and GHS 8 (Monthly) as communicated during activation.
  • Your subscription will automatically renew until deactivated. You will be charged the applicable fee upon each renewal.

User Responsibility

  • It is your responsibility to read all SMS alerts from Bingesport. The mobile network provider (Telecel) and Bingesport are not responsible if you fail to do so. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

Deactivation Options

  • You can deactivate Bingesport at any time by:
    • Sending a deactivation SMS as mentioned above.
    • Contacting Telecel customer service via helpline gh.support@bingesports.me.
    • Dialing *463# from your phone and following the instructions.
